For Indian Customers:

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Expedited Shipping: Available on select items with delivery in 1–3 business days. Additional charges may apply.

For International Customers:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Delivery Estimate: Most international shipments take 8–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• Custom Duties & Taxes: These are not included in the product or shipping cost and are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier delays, customs inspection, or unforeseen circumstances.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us at shop@lividdesign.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

🔁 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Return Window: You can return eligible products within 48 Hours of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.

• Non-returnable Items:

  • Workshop registrations or event tickets

💸 Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
