For Global Customers: We extend our services to customers worldwide, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of our products.

• International Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with an estimated range of 8-14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at shop@xroboticsworks.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refund Policy
